Business Controller – Travel Retail Beauty APAC

About the role

As a Business Controller for Travel Retail Beauty in the APAC region, you will support the Regional Finance Director in steering the financial performance of LVMH Beauty brands across a fast‑growing market. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with brand teams, regional leadership and the global Travel Retail headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Director in budget preparation, landing reviews and financial planning for all LVMH Beauty brands.
• Consolidate and analyse APAC Travel Retail financial data, ensuring accuracy during forecasting cycles and month‑end close.
• Provide strategic financial insights and alerts to regional leadership and HQ on risks and opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to projects that optimise and revamp financial processes across the region.
• Partner with stakeholders to present financial reports and recommendations that support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting or a comparable commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse brand teams.
