Business Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support its Business Recruiting team. In this contract position you will manage the end‑to‑end interview process, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers and recruiters across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule on‑site and remote interviews, coordinate travel, reimbursements, and send offer letters.
• Maintain job postings and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide a welcoming experience for candidates, including office tours for on‑site visits.
• Assist in training new interviewers and scaling interview panels.
• Collaborate with recruiters, people partners, coordinators, and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes.
• Support new hire onboarding, deliver informational sessions, and provide ongoing assistance.
• Take on additional projects as bandwidth allows to further develop skills and impact.

Required profile

• Positive, “can‑do” attitude with a focus on delivering top‑notch candidate experiences.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a recruiting or coordination role.
