SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead

About the role

The SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead will drive the design and delivery of integration and reporting solutions across a complex, global enterprise. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, accurate data exchange, and actionable insights across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances and a variety of legacy HR tools.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the integration strategy and architecture across multiple SuccessFactors instances and connected systems.
• Design end‑to‑end integration solutions covering global interfaces such as Active Directory, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow ITSM, Concur, and regional systems like Darwin, Visier, Kronos, ADP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Maintain the interface register, establish integration standards, patterns, and governance.
• Lead the design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper‑care of integration projects, including data mapping and transformation logic.
• Manage end‑to‑end data flows, ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and monitor interface health.
• Define reporting strategy and architecture, delivering HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, and People Analytics.
• Enable consolidated reporting across multiple SuccessFactors instances and design data aggregation models for global reporting.
• Own master data reconciliation, establish data quality standards, and govern reporting data models.
