Senior Manager, Global Coaching

About the role

The Senior Manager, Global Coaching will lead Bain's coaching strategy across the APAC region. Reporting to the Global Coaching leadership, you will work with senior leaders, talent teams and regional offices to deliver high‑impact coaching, career support and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, career, staffing and departure teams on nuanced talent and coaching needs.
• Deliver individual and group coaching engagements, focusing on manager‑level and senior populations.
• Partner with regional and global coaching leadership to define goals, success metrics and coaching priorities.
• Provide confidential career and departure support to priority talent populations.
• Build relationships with employers, clients, recruitment agencies and alumni networks to facilitate career transition opportunities.
• Support Bain clients and alumni with talent identification by connecting departing employees with relevant opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant experience in executive coaching, stakeholder engagement and capability building.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a globally connected team environment.
• Strong understanding of leadership development and career transition support, especially within the APAC context.
• Senior‑level professional with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
