Digital HR Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Singapore as a Digital HR Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a corporate environment. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals on data‑driven projects that support the digital transformation of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful visualisations and reports to track key HR metrics, e.g., Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
• Collect, clean, and analyse HR data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Support the implementation and user testing of digital HR tools and systems.
• Review and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency.
• Create presentations and documentation to communicate data‑driven insights to HR stakeholders.
• Assist the HR team on various digital and data‑related projects.

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
