About the role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Singapore team for a four‑month maternity cover. You will work closely with hiring managers across finance, business support, and creative functions to ensure a smooth, high‑quality recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment coordination for finance, support, and creative roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and initial outreach as required.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, reports, and ATS updates.
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media and job postings.
- Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition projects.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Exposure to hiring for corporate functions such as finance, business support, or creative teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
