CAM Engineer – PCB Manufacturing (West)

About the role

We are seeking a CAM Engineer to join our PCB manufacturing team in the West region. You will work closely with engineering, production, and process teams to ensure customer PCB designs meet IPC standards and our manufacturing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit, and optimise customer PCB designs according to requirements, IPC standards, and production capabilities.
• Prepare engineering documentation, design specifications, and technical recommendations to support manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Process teams to resolve design and artwork‑related issues.
• Support the development of tooling, templates, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Genesis CAM software.
