Certified CONQUAS Manager / Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Certified CONQUAS Manager / Supervisor to lead quality assurance and control activities across our construction projects. The successful candidate will develop and maintain QA/QC plans, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with Singapore’s building standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures and inspection requirements for construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and standards.
• Monitor defects, NCRs and non‑conformance issues, recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists and quality records.
• Support CONQUAS assessment preparation and ensure project requirements are followed.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants and subcontractors on quality‑related matters.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, ISO and other construction quality requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and updates for management as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• Certified CONQUAS Manager / CONQUAS Supervisor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently; Singapore construction experience preferred.
