Chef – Full-Time Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team at RONG CHANG 11 PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall culinary operation on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Select, clean and cut ingredients, master seasoning, cooking techniques and plating to ensure taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, correctly use tools, and monitor water, electricity and gas safety.
• Estimate ingredient usage, control costs, reduce waste and adjust menus to lower procurement expenses.
• Collaborate with assistants and prep cooks, train junior chefs and improve team performance.
• Develop new dishes or refine traditional recipes while strictly supervising food quality.
• Participate in menu design, pricing, regulatory compliance and safety training.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment is preferred.
