About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to manage daily operations across our café locations in Singapore. The role involves overseeing business performance, ensuring standards are met, and handling night‑shift duties when required.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Create and implement standards while holding staff accountable.
- Oversee overall business activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Resolve issues and disputes promptly.
- May be assigned to work night shift.
Required profile
- Independent and fast learner.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and deliver timely reporting.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
