About the role
Hello! HMI OneCare Clinic is hiring and welcomes individuals looking for greater responsibilities, with opportunities for career progression to cluster managers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle front desk work including answering phone calls, patient registration, dispensing drugs and collecting payments.
- Provide administrative support and schedule appointments for patients.
- Assist doctors with minor procedures when required (e.g., chaperone, ECG).
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory and supplies.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Commit to shifts between 8 am and 10 pm on weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to cope with a fast‑pace environment.
- Strong communication skills, well‑organized and proactive.
- Computer savvy.
- Available to start immediately or with short notice; training will be provided.
