Business Development Intern – Community Care Programs

About the role

This internship supports the development and operation of NTUC Health’s community care programmes such as Care on Sundays, SteadyStrength and MindCare. You will gain exposure to client engagement, programme coordination, service operations and business development within a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and operating the Care on Sundays, SteadyStrength, MindCare and other elective programmes.
• Support client onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking and follow‑up activities.
• Contribute to business development and community outreach to raise programme awareness.
• Prepare reports, presentations, operational documentation and process‑improvement materials.
• Track data, collect feedback and perform simple analysis for service improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, caregivers, vendors and community partners.
• Help set up and open new Care on Sundays centres and provide operational support during sessions, including occasional Sunday duty.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, diploma or ITE qualification in a relevant field.
• Willingness to work on Sundays as part of operational exposure for the Care on Sundays programmes.
