Clinic Staff Nurse – Office Hours

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive care for breast cancer patients during office hours. The role combines direct patient care, assistance with clinical procedures, and support for clinic administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient care, including consultations, clinical procedures, and follow‑up support.
• Schedule patient appointments, send reminders, and handle enquiries via phone, email, or messaging apps.
• Assist doctors during consultations and clinic procedures; scrub in for surgeries when required.
• Coordinate ordering and tracking of radiology exams, blood tests, and other investigations.
• Book operation theatres, wards, anaesthetists, frozen sections, and related surgical logistics.
• Provide financial counselling, prepare fee estimates, and liaise with insurance companies for pre‑authorisations and guarantees.
• Register and bill patient visits, submit outpatient claims on TPA portals, and manage integrated shield plans.
• Maintain clinic inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships for purchasing and maintenance.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical nursing setting.
• BCLS and AED certified.
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, compassionate attitude.
