Clinical Research Assistant – 1 Year Contract (Office Hours)

About the role

The Clinical Research Assistant will support Clinical Project Managers in the day‑to‑day administration of clinical trials. This is a full‑time, office‑based position on a one‑year contract, offering exposure to trial logistics, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Project Managers with clinical trial administration tasks.
• Manage electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) documentation and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and coordination with external vendors.
• Coordinate study logistics, including meetings, training activities, and site communications.
• Maintain study trackers, reports, and trial documentation.
• Contribute to SOP updates and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience in clinical trials, clinical research, or a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• eTMF documentation management.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between SGD 5,000 and SGD 5,500.
