Cloud Account Executive - Marketing Cloud

About the role

Salesforce is hiring a Cloud Account Executive for its Marketing Cloud team, based in Singapore. The person represents the Marketing Cloud team and drives revenue, acting as a self-starting closer who builds a large pipeline quickly and closes a mix of complex large-enterprise and transactional upsell/cross-sell deals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and drive revenue within Enterprise accounts
• Generate business opportunities through professional networking, cold-calling and other lead-generation methods
• Drive brand awareness, campaigns and lead generation via networking and associations
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Own the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
• Develop a strategic enterprise business plan for the assigned territory or segment
• Maintain account and opportunity forecasting in the internal SFA system
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention

Required profile

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
• Proven sales hunter, closer and achiever with quota attainment figures in the past
• Minimum 10 years of software sales (SaaS) experience
• Strong preference for digital marketing in sales experience
• Experience selling at C-level; CMO is a plus
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
