Strategic Core Account Executive - Public Sector

About the role

Databricks is looking for a Strategic Core Account Executive for its Public Sector team in Singapore. You will grow one of the company's focus customers by selling within the healthcare domain, guiding deals forward to shorten decision cycles, and closing new accounts while expanding usage in existing ones. You will report to the Strategic Enterprise Director.

Key responsibilities

• Secure and grow new logos within strategic public sector accounts
• Expand Databricks use cases in existing and newly won accounts
• Build C-Level relationships, including Engineering, Platform, Architecture and Data Science roles
• Plan, document and drive the growth of Databricks usage for customers
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business and lead their key staff and technical teams
• Identify data use cases and buying centers, and orchestrate Databricks teams and ecosystem partners to support sales motions

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience selling complex software deals to large enterprise organizations
• Sales experience with Healthcare Public Sector customers highly preferred
• Experience selling usage-based SaaS solutions or other Data/AI/ML technologies
• 5+ years in sales methodologies and processes such as account planning, MEDDPICC, value selling and Command of the Message
