About the role
Join the vibrant café team at Shangri‑La Singapore and play a key part in delivering delightful dining experiences for our guests. As a Cook III you will work in a dynamic kitchen environment, supporting both daily service and special events.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene and safety at your workstation.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Follow portion‑control guidelines and minimise food waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies when needed.
- Report any equipment or food‑quality issues to your supervisor.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
