F&B Service Expert – the kitchen table

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Service Expert to join the team at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove. In this guest‑focused position you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensure proper presentation and readiness for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety standards.
• Adhere to company policies, uniform standards and professional appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
