About the role
Join LCentral as a Customer Service Officer and become the friendly face of our centre. You will interact with parents, students and visitors, providing clear information and support for daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, answering phone calls, emails and in‑person enquiries.
- Assist with student enrolments, registration paperwork and payment processing.
- Handle bookings and manage the centre’s schedule promptly and professionally.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining tidy reception areas.
- Keep common areas organized and welcoming for visitors.
Required profile
- Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a positive attitude.
- Ability to commit to at least one year, with weekend availability preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
