Customer Service & Shipping Assistant – Logistics & Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service and Shipping Assistant to support our logistics and warehouse operations across Singapore. You will act as a key liaison between the sales team and external customers, ensuring smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, track orders, process backlogs, and handle invoicing.
• Manage returns, resolve discrepancies, and address customer credit issues.
• Support sales team with order expediting, stock queries, reporting, and stock rotation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimisation.
• Maintain good customer relations, resolve claims and complaints in line with consumer laws.
• Update and maintain electronic and hard‑copy records as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, shipping, or logistics.

Required skills

What we offer

• Contractual salary of SGD 2,500–3,000 per month.
• One‑year contract with overtime pay and a one‑month completion bonus.
• Work location: Lorong Chuan, Singapore.
• Working days: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm.
