Data Processing Executive (Contract)

About the role

Join a dynamic team in Kaki Bukit as a Data Processing Executive on a contract basis. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records while supporting daily operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify records to guarantee information accuracy.
• Process assigned transactions promptly and prepare daily client reports.
• Assist in document disposal reporting and records management activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, perform quality checks, and update data systems.
• Transfer information from source documents into required formats with precision.
• Support business continuity testing and system/application verification.
• Assess appeals and provide recommendations following approved procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service standards and operational targets.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification such as NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Positive, responsible team player with good interpersonal skills.
