Engineering Project Coordinator

About the role

Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for an Engineering Project Coordinator to support ACMV projects. The role is based in Singapore and follows a 5.5‑day work week, including a half‑day on Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of ACMV projects, covering scheduling, preventive maintenance, delivery, and installation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Organise project meetings, track action items, and help resolve project‑related issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Process product certifications such as ISO and SGBC documentation.
• Manage incoming inventory by verifying deliveries and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Support procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers as required.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, technical support, or engineering administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management (advantage).
• Availability to work a half‑day on Saturdays.
