Finance Business Partner – Global Payments

About the role

Join TikTok’s fast‑growing overseas payment business as a Finance Business Partner. You will act as a strategic finance partner, delivering high‑quality management reporting, financial analysis, and planning support for a global payment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise monthly management reports that accurately reflect business performance.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts, analyse budget‑actual variances and support business planning.
• Conduct in‑depth business and profitability analysis, organise monthly reviews and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Participate in product pricing, cost‑profit analysis and feasibility studies for payment rates and e‑wallet services.
• Review contracts and schemes to strengthen financial risk control.
• Standardise data, optimise workflows and improve analytical efficiency using tools such as SQL.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis and budget management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to engage with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders and review Mandarin documents.
• Strong logical thinking, numeracy and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
