About the role
Royal Organisation is looking for a motivated Future Leader to join its Business Development & Marketing team on a part‑time basis. You will represent established brands, engage directly with clients, and help drive impactful marketing campaigns across regional markets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients, managing their journey from prospect to customer.
- Build and nurture strong, face‑to‑face relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Provide guidance and leadership to teammates to achieve shared targets.
