General Practitioner – Mobile Workforce Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a patient‑focused General Practitioner/Medical Doctor to support our Mobile Workforce Clinic operations. The role delivers primary care and occupational health services across multiple clinic sites, including Soon Lee and Tuas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health‑screening consultations, breast examinations, Pap smears and review laboratory and diagnostic results.
• Assess patients, perform physical examinations, order investigations, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Provide preventive care such as vaccinations, health‑screenings, lifestyle counselling and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, exercise and stress management, supporting screening programmes.
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals and multidisciplinary teams, and arrange referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records, document consultations and adhere to clinical governance and confidentiality standards.
• Engage in continuing medical education, quality‑improvement activities and professional development.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent recognised by the Singapore Medical Council, fully registered with a valid practising certificate.
• Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) or Registered Family Physician status.
• Experience in family medicine, general practice, primary care or health‑screening (preferred).
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations and strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills.
