About the role

The Health Specialist will work directly with clients across Singapore, delivering personalized training sessions and health coaching at the client’s location. This commission‑based position offers a structured probation salary followed by uncapped earnings potential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one health coaching and tailored training programs at client sites.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with each client.
• Ensure consistent service quality across all client interactions.
• Contribute to client retention and overall satisfaction with the company.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel islandwide and work according to client schedules.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to learn and apply health‑coaching techniques through in‑house training.

• No specific technical skills required; comprehensive training will be provided.

What we offer

• Probation salary of SGD 1,600 – 2,200 per month.
