HR Business Partner - APAC Regional Office & China

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our APAC Regional Office in Singapore, partnering with senior business leaders across the Regional Office while also supporting our HR agenda in China. This is a broad HRBP role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, influencing stakeholders and using people data to turn insights into action.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy and business priorities.
• Manage the employee lifecycle across the APAC Regional Office and China, including talent, performance, employee relations, development and succession.
• Support compensation and reward activities, including annual merit and salary review cycles.
• Analyze workforce and compensation data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Support regional HR initiatives, change and organizational transformation.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services to deliver effective people solutions.
• Coordinate HR administration, payroll activities and reporting for China.
• Champion an inclusive, high‑performance culture and positive employee experience.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, ideally within a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Broad HR experience with exposure to compensation/reward and merit review cycles.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with HR data, workforce metrics and Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to support employees, leaders and HR operations across China.
