HR Executive – Talent Management (Healthcare, 2‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to lead talent management and employee wellness initiatives within a leading healthcare and community care organisation in Singapore. The role focuses on driving human‑capital strategies that improve staff retention, organisational culture and overall employee health.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute human capital strategies to boost retention and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Plan, implement and evaluate staff wellness programmes, including health‑related workshops and engagement events.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee delivery of wellness services.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to cross‑functional employee‑wellness committees.
• Analyse workforce feedback and mental‑health survey data to create actionable engagement plans.
• Assist senior leadership with employee assistance schemes and prepare regulatory incident reports within deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee wellness, engagement or culture‑building roles.
• Proven project‑management capability with strong attention to detail and resilience to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset; experience interpreting workforce data or building HR dashboards is a plus.
