HR Manager – Singapore

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the operational, administrative and strategic HR functions for Inchcape Shipping Services in Singapore, ensuring the workforce aligns with business objectives and company values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hiring and onboarding processes, collaborating with talent acquisition partners and line managers.
• Manage compensation, rewards and performance reviews, including salary benchmarking and payroll oversight.
• Design and deliver training programs, team‑building activities and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Handle employee relations cases, wellbeing programs and industrial relations matters.
• Oversee organisational design, restructures and maintain up‑to‑date org charts.
• Administer employee records, insurance, work passes, statutory submissions and off‑boarding procedures.

Required profile

• 6+ years experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years handling payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and payroll processes.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
