About the role

Our client, a German multinational, is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth for its FMCG Personal Care portfolio across Singapore. The role is based in a central, easily accessible location and forms part of ongoing transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

Achieve sales targets while maintaining budget control and profitability.
Partner with retailers and distributors to develop long‑term growth strategies.
Plan and execute sales and trade‑marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align trade and above‑the‑line activities.
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and trading terms.
Evaluate ROI of sales and marketing campaigns.
Prepare sales forecasts, monitor demand planning and inventory movement.
Produce monthly sales reports with performance insights.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
Background in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working with Malaysian retailers, distributors and modern trade channels.
