About the role
The Kitchen Assistant will support daily food preparation and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment at our Singapore location. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training for candidates eager to start a career in food and beverage service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
- Comply with health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Monitor food freshness, discard expired items, and manage stock levels.
- Place orders for supplies when stock falls below required levels.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Pleasant disposition, well‑groomed appearance.
- At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage Service.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2000 to SGD 2600 per month.
- Full‑time, permanent employment with shift work.
