About the role
You will provide legal support to business teams delivering real estate, property management and infrastructure solutions, primarily within Singapore’s dynamic industrial landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and manage corporate real estate transactions, leasing and facility management matters.
- Support corporate services, development and engineering groups on legal issues related to real estate and infrastructure.
- Handle procurement, commercial contracts and other legal matters as assigned.
- Assist with dispute resolution when required.
Required profile
- Law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience in corporate real estate, leasing, facility/estate management, procurement or commercial law.
- Interest in Singapore’s economic and business challenges; dispute resolution experience is a plus.
