Bids Manager

About the role

The Bids Manager will join the Marketing & Business Development function in Singapore, supporting the Asia‑led business development team of a global law firm. The role involves managing transactional and strategic bids across Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end bid process for Singapore and Asia‑led bids, from qualification through submission and post‑bid follow‑up.
• Facilitate scoping and kick‑off calls, plan bid structure, manage content, proof submissions and gather feedback.
• Provide project management and document control, coordinate pricing, compliance, secretarial and knowledge teams.
• Build trusted relationships with partners, lawyers and business development colleagues across regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex bid responses across multiple practice areas, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Excellent project‑management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident stakeholder management at all levels and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong written English for drafting, editing and proofing bid documents.
• Agile approach to workload with flexibility to support a global law firm.
