Locum Care Support Associate – $18/hr (HCA/Nitec/Diploma)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Locum Care Support Associates to join a public healthcare institution in Singapore on a short‑term basis. The role involves providing hands‑on assistance to nurses and patients within inpatient wards, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Key responsibilities

• Assist nurses with routine patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the ward.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Support patient hygiene, positioning, and basic daily activities.
• Perform additional ward duties as directed by senior nursing personnel.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) or possession of an HMI certification.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3–4 working days per week for the contract duration.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a Nitec or Diploma in Nursing are welcome.
