Machine Operator / Lab Assistant – Rotating Shift (Eyewear)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Machine Operator / Lab Assistant to join our eyewear production line on a rotating shift basis. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where you will support daily operations and ensure product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate basic machines and equipment after training, following detailed work instructions.
• Label, pack, and prepare eyewear products for shipment, handling cartons up to 10‑20 kg.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and sorting items while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Conduct simple quality checks to verify that products meet required standards.
• Assist with inventory tracking, organization, and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
• Work overtime or shift work as required by operational needs.

Required profile

• Willingness to perform manual labour, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in an air‑conditioned or non‑air‑conditioned production setting.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety rules, and company standards.
• Eagerness to learn machine operation and production processes.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts.
