Maintenance Planning Support – Contract Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Planning Support professional to assist our Facilities Department in Singapore. The role involves coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, handling expense statements, and managing vendor relationships on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities, ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking of Statement of Expense (SOE) items, prepare monthly updates and reconcile with finance.
• Source, negotiate and manage quotations from approved vendors, monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Verify vendor deliveries and work completion, support month‑end closing for delivery orders.
• Raise purchase requisitions, process orders and payments through the Ariba system, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Receive, issue and record maintenance materials, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain organized records of tools, consumables and ensure compliance with storage and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Planning, Procurement or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant facilities environment.
• Resourceful problem‑solver with flexibility to work overtime when required.
