About the role
We are looking for a Meat Butcher to prepare halal meat products across Singapore. The role involves handling halal‑certified meat, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to company standards.
- Package, label, and display meat products for sale.
- Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
- Support daily operations, including receiving and storing stock.
- Operate meat‑cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
Required profile
- Fresh or entry‑level candidates.
- Ability to work 6 days a week, 44 hours.
- Commitment to follow company standards for meat preparation and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
