Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily business activities across our outlets. You will drive growth, oversee marketing initiatives, and ensure each location runs smoothly and profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all outlets, ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for service.
• Develop and implement growth and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Monitor performance metrics and productivity, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Manage customer relationship processes and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
• Respond to staff shortages, emergencies, and other operational challenges.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing retail or food‑service outlets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to act under pressure.
• Good understanding of revenue optimisation and stock management.
