About the role

ALNA FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Manager to oversee its island‑wide operations in Singapore. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, accurate reporting, and maintaining high standards across the business.

Key responsibilities

May be assigned to work night shift as needed.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results.
Create and implement standards while holding team members accountable.
Oversee overall business performance and processes.
Multi‑task and deliver timely reporting.

Required profile

Independent and fast learner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong problem‑solving skills to resolve issues and disputes.
