Part-Time Sales Advisor (Singapore)

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a Part-Time Sales Advisor in Singapore. As the friendly face of the brand, you will welcome customers and give them high-quality service from the moment you start talking to them, helping them through the shop floor, fitting rooms and at the cash desk. The role is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents who can commit fully for the duration of the contract.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and give them high-quality service throughout the shop.
• Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and on the shop floor.
• Process deliveries and replenish stock.
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Customer-focused, adaptable and action-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and willing to share enthusiasm for the brand and its collection.
• Able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to commit up to a maximum of 35 hours per week during the contract period of 15 November 2026 to 13 February 2027.
• Open to being based in any of the Singapore stores: ION Orchard, Raffles City, Marina Bay Sands or VivoCity.
• Previous retail experience and confidence advising customers on fashion trends, materials and sizing are preferable but not mandatory.
