About the role

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our fast‑paced ramen kitchens across Singapore. The role supports kitchen staff by keeping the work area clean, assisting with basic food preparation, and ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the outlets.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a compact, high‑volume kitchen environment.
• Support customers with the POS system when needed.
• Handle waste disposal and perform dishwashing duties.

Required profile

• No formal education required; training will be provided on the job.
• Prior experience in food handling or kitchen operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Priority given to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
