About the role

Join a leading Singapore bank as a Personal Banking Service Banker, delivering exceptional in‑branch customer service while promoting digital banking adoption. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with everyday transactions and guiding them toward self‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their banking needs and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Handle enquiries, requests and feedback promptly, aiming to resolve issues on first contact.
• Maintain a clean, organised branch environment that reflects the bank’s standards.
• Educate customers on mobile, internet and ATM banking, encouraging digital channel usage.
• Troubleshoot basic digital banking issues and assist with self‑service kiosks.
• Process financial and non‑financial transactions in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or banking is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional service attitude.
• Team player with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Fresh graduates with a strong customer‑service aptitude are welcome.
