Product Manager - Maritime Ecosystem Products

About the role

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), is looking for a Product Manager to develop ecosystem products for the maritime sector. The role bridges technology and business needs so that digital solutions meet stakeholder requirements and help Singapore strengthen its position as a leading global maritime hub. The position is a direct contract until 10 August 2028, subject to renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and services.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Review demand priorities, areas for improvement and development plans, and coordinate progress toward a successful launch and continuous evolution.
• Launch new products and features, test them, collect data and user feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Influence and communicate with cross-functional teams and build strong executive-level relationships.
• Work with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, UX designers and engineers to plan activities and timelines for each release.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience leading full software/product development lifecycles using Agile methodology.
• Proven experience in application solution and design.
• Experience in outsourcing and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of agile software development processes.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and environments, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An understanding of how the Singapore Government operates and experience in the maritime sector is a plus.
