Technical Junior Project Manager - EPOS Rewards

About the role

EPOS, a POS digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is hiring a Technical Junior Project Manager for its EPOS Rewards team in Singapore. The role manages end-to-end merchant onboarding and solution delivery, owns the process across product enablement, market intelligence and team knowledge infrastructure, and works directly with the team lead on live systems and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end merchant onboarding from scoping to go-live and post-launch handover, acting as the main point of contact for merchants and handling timelines, expectations and escalations
• Train merchant stakeholders on solution usage, campaign management and loyalty best practices, and liaise with sales, product, key account and technical teams
• Bridge commercial teams and the product roadmap, turning merchant feedback into product improvement recommendations
• Own pilot management and launch readiness, including testing plans and go/no-go criteria, and maintain a dedicated loyalty bug tracker
• Research competitor pricing, feature maturity and customer profiles to inform marketing and commercial strategy
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base, consolidate onboarding and troubleshooting tickets, and help build an external merchant self-service knowledge base
• Pilot emerging tools such as AI-driven workflows, and automate repetitive operational workflows and reporting
• Help define the support escalation structure and service standards, and contribute to the Train-the-Trainer framework

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle several concurrent merchant engagements
• Client-facing communication and the ability to explain technical concepts simply to non-technical merchants
• Advantageous: internship in SaaS, product operations or client-facing technical delivery, leadership experience, and Mandarin proficiency

Required skills

• Python or similar scripting for automation and data processing
• SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON webhooks
• No-code/low-code tools such as Zapier, n8n or make.com
• Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platforms (strong plus)
