Product Specialist – Medical Devices (Singapore)

About the role

The Product Specialist will drive sales and promotion of our medical device portfolio across Singapore. You will act as the primary interface with hospitals, key opinion leaders and distributors, ensuring product growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve product sales targets and sustain growth in the assigned territory.
• Promote products, provide clinical support information and service to customers.
• Develop, implement and track marketing programmes for the region.
• Manage key accounts and hospitals through additional promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, opinion leaders and end‑users.
• Collaborate with distributor teams to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Conduct market surveys and gather competitive intelligence.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
• Represent the company at conventions and exhibitions.
• Handle product complaints via the PIR system and ensure timely communication of investigation results.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Medical/Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Customer‑oriented personality with good negotiation skills.
• Own transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently.
