Program Manager - Asia Pacific

About the role

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is hiring a Program Manager in Singapore. The role owns the business and P&L of an assigned portfolio in the Asia Pacific region, working closely with the Commercial Management, Project Delivery and Customer Success teams, as well as Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Global Trade, Compliance and Contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth with strong technical and commercial support to the Sales Team
• Manage the program's profit and loss and day-to-day operations
• Work with the Regional Sales Head to set annual revenue and profit targets
• Support sales in building pipelines and bids (RPI/RFP) and manage the proposal team
• Prepare and deliver the regional Annual Operation Plan and Strategic Financial Plan, and contribute to global targets
• Develop and execute the region-specific roadmap and milestones to meet AOP and SFP targets
• Represent the area at customer meetings, attend industry events and conferences, and coordinate project resourcing with project managers
• Collaborate with peers in adjacent and other regions and with the Service Delivery Manager on program reviews

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of working experience
• Demonstrable industry knowledge and applied IT experience in the aviation industry
• BS/BA degree in a technical, management or financial discipline
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time, sometimes on short notice

Required skills

• Intermediate IT knowledge
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum are a plus
• Financial analysis, P&L management and strong business acumen
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
