About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and financially controlling projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and meet all objectives profitably. This role oversees project execution, resource efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver projects through effective cost management, scheduling and allocation of work to staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality standards are met for project handover within budget and timeline.
- Monitor and report project progress to management.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, occupational health and safety regulations, and statutory building codes.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and authorities.
- Chair project meetings to maximise productivity and constructability using lean construction planning.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Completed at least two projects in Singapore as Project Manager, preferably in hospitals, offices or labs.
- Recognition by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
