Project Manager – Plumbing & Sanitary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead plumbing and sanitary works on residential and commercial projects in Singapore. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with technical standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee plumbing and sanitary works for assigned projects.
• Lead project teams and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical requirements.
• Develop schedules, monitor progress, and achieve key milestones.
• Control budgets, resources, materials, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Identify risks, technical issues, and delays; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage variations, claims, documentation, and handover processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project experience in Singapore, preferably with plumbing and sanitary works.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage projects, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (advantageous).
