Project & Site Manager – Interior Design & Renovation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project & Site Manager to lead interior design and renovation projects from inception to handover across Singapore. The role demands strong coordination, client interaction, and on‑site supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Plan schedules, manage budgets, maintain documentation, and keep projects within scope.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality control.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates and addressing queries.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on design intent and material selections.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring clear scope of work and adherence to requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution.
• Review and interpret 2D drawings and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing quotations, schedules, moodboards, and other project documents.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior design, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s interior construction processes and vendor management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder liaison.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is a plus.
