About the role
We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including financial performance, profit & loss, and cost control.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations.
- Analyze costs, monitor processes, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Supervise food safety and operational standards to provide a comfortable environment for customers.
- Deliver professional service, resolve service issues with tact, and uphold customer satisfaction.
- Control labour costs through effective scheduling and leave monitoring.
- Lead, counsel, and, when necessary, recommend disciplinary actions for staff.
- Train and develop team members to maximise manpower utilisation.
- Handle administrative duties and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational and management skills.
- Positive working attitude.
